As Founder of One World Cacao, Nola embarked upon her chocolate journey and mission to restore the understanding of this powerful medicinal teacher plant, and to educate upon the incredibly fulfilling energetic, and wellness benefits of cacao with giveback at it’s core.

From a traditional Mayan weaver family, Beronica is the magic behind DaliLeo Cacao and the backbone of its farm in Alta Verapaz.

For the last 10 years, she has been making our Cacao, with her husband Laurent Maniet ( ground operations) and is behind the roasting, grinding and all the steps to provide us with the cacao of her ancestral traditions
