Come bathe yourself in this container of sacred space and magic! Join us for a cacao ceremony and sound bath intentionally designed to assist you in integrating the expansive and transformational experiences unfolding within all of our lives in this modern world..

We will all share in drinking a warm pouring of ceremonial cacao to create a sacred container to soften our edges, ignite self-love, self-care, playfulness and our open radiant hearts. Not only will you learn about and experience the tremendous benefits that this sacred plant medicine offers our mind, body, and soul – together we will also journey through healing meditations and gong bath to explore the sanctity of our inner worlds.

During these ceremonies, many of us experience Cacao’s medicine as being in spiritual partnership with our soul’s truth and intuitive bodies – igniting their presence in our awareness. This may be an opportunity to open our hearts to what’s possible.

Recommendations:

~ Enjoy a walk in nature, yoga or exercise before we gather, we will be sitting and laying for the ceremony

~Bring a water bottle and come hydrated.

~ A shawl or any additional layers for comfort

~A light meal is recommended an hour or more before ceremony.

~Limit your coffee and substance intake as it will alter the pure effects of Cacao
