Here, you will be gently invited to release emotional blockages, fears, and limiting beliefs that may have been holding you back from living your fullest, most vibrant life. Through each breath, you will shed what no longer serves you, creating room for your truest self to emerge with clarity and strength.
•Journaling & ReflectionAfter the Breathwork, we will create a quiet, reflective space for journaling, allowing time for personal insights and deep clarity to unfold. This sacred pause will help you integrate the shifts within, setting a solid foundation for the next part of our journey together.
•Ceremonial Cacao & Shamanic Journey With hearts open, we will move into a ceremonial cacao experience, inviting the powerful energy of cacao to guide us into a shamanic journey. This sacred ritual will help you connect with the wisdom of your soul and the healing energy of the earth, unlocking new depths of insight and spiritual awakening.
•Sound Bath Healing To conclude our retreat, we will immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, where the soothing sounds will anchor the transformative work we’ve done. As the frequencies wash over you, you will be grounded, restored, and aligned with your true essence.
We will end the afternoon with a social closing of libations, a light snack and little gift of glimmer &sparkle to bring the magic home with you.
